About me

I provide trauma-informed and culturally informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I also support people coping with the grief of immigration, adapting to a new country or culture, and the emotional complexities that arise in transnational relationships and cross-cultural families.

As a bilingual Latina therapist, I bring an understanding of cultural identity, family systems, and generational influences into the work. My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practice, while honoring each person's unique story and strengths.

Much of my work is with high-functioning adults who look capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside, and with survivors of relational trauma seeking healing, stronger boundaries, and a deeper sense of self.
